LEADERSHIP
Mike Seidenberg is the Founder and President of AEON Planning and Scheduling. With over 15 years of experience in the AEC industry, he has dedicated the last 10 years specifically to the construction sector. Mike brings a unique perspective to the AEC industry, having served in various roles throughout his career. His journey began in architecture and has included positions in purchasing, estimating, project controls, OPM services, and planning and scheduling alongside construction managers. He thrives on collaborating with diverse teams, fostering a spirit of teamwork to achieve shared project goals and objectives.
Mike holds a Master of Science in Construction Management from Wentworth Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Architecture from Pratt Institute. He is committed to continuous learning, actively studying new technologies and evolving his skill set. In 2024, he obtained Takt Master Certification as well as Certification in Power BI Cost and Schedule Visual Data Analytics for Project Controls. In additional, Mike has developed training programs for construction companies in schedule development, scheduling fundamentals, and MS Project.
